Wild Goose Island Overlook at St. Mary Lake is a place I had been inspired to photograph for many years. Photographed at sunrise, I used a wide angle lens to include as much of Montana's big sky as possible over the lake and mountains due to the beautiful spreading and placement of the clouds. This was truly a special moment.
